Since the day we were born, we were told:

- you are a girl...
- girls SHOULD be...
It’s no wonder people are challenged in the pursuit of discovering their true selves. Spending their lives trying to fit into a box that society deemed as “acceptable”.
Thanks to all the stereotypes, we get caught up in the chase of trying to become something/someone instead of relishing in the beauty of just BEING.
While it’s great to set goals for yourself to achieve, here’s a reminder to trust the process and enjoy being present in your current body and state of mind. Appreciate the journey taken this far, adapt and change wherever you see fit, and keep growing.
